Industrial columns
We build our columns in carbon steel, stainless steel or duplex, plus special materials to suit the demands of each installation. We can adapt to any capacity or size and manufacture both on site and in our workshops, ensuring accuracy, reliability and long-lasting results.
Industrial columns for demanding environments

What defines our industrial columns
Our columns are used for separation, reaction or scrubbing in the chemical, petrochemical and paper industries. Built in carbon steel, stainless steel or duplex, with special alloys to order. They comply with ASME VIII, Div. 1/Div. 2., AD 2000-Merkblatter, EN-13445 and CODAP. They are designed with no size limit, ensuring structural safety and thermal efficiency in every process.
We build our columns with advanced engineering and rigorous manufacturing controls. Each item of equipment combines accuracy, safety and reliability, offering the best possible balance between performance, reduced maintenance and certified quality on every project

Where they are used
- In chemical plants to remove or recover gaseous compounds.
- In refineries and petrochemical plants to scrub process gases and emissions.
- In pharmaceutical facilities for the distillation and purification of products.
- In paper mills for drying, bleaching and heat recovery.
- In energy plants to cool, condense and clean flue gases.
- In the food industry for vapour recovery and heat treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We design and build fully custom columns, with no limit on height, pressure or capacity. We adapt every component, connection and internal to the conditions of the process and the installation. Designs are calculated with specialist software and validated against international standards, ensuring reliability, safety and a long service life for the equipment.
We build in carbon steel, stainless steel and duplex steel. We also use super duplex, titanium or nickel alloys where greater resistance to corrosion or temperature is needed. All materials are certified to EN 10204, with full traceability and document control, ensuring durability in demanding environments.
Yes. We carry out on-site manufacturing and assembly when the dimensions or the location call for it. We provide technical supervision, approved welders and quality control in the field. Hydraulic tests and final calibrations are run, ensuring accurate assembly, structural safety and delivery on schedule without compromising the quality of the equipment.
We include a final quality dossier with the calculation report, approved drawings, material certificates and the tests carried out. Welding procedures and qualifications are added, along with hydraulic, pneumatic and roughness reports, as well as dimensional checks and CE marking where it applies. All with complete documentary traceability.
Yes. The columns are designed and built to ASME VIII Div. 1/2, EN 13445, AD 2000-Merkblätter and CODAP, in line with PED Directive 2014/68/EU and Directive 2006/42/EC. This compliance ensures structural integrity, operational safety and reliability in service, with certified documentation and inspection control.
