Manufacturing, transport and assembly
We have built an end-to-end service to deliver industrial equipment ready to work. Our production capacity, our own resources, large-scale facilities and qualified people let us build, inspect, transport and assemble with more traceability and technical coordination.
Manufacturing, transport and assembly
In our own facilities we build vessels, silos, reactors, heat exchangers, structures and ancillary items of varying size, material and complexity, with our own machinery for cutting, forming, welding, assembly and moving large equipment, always with direct control of the process.

What does it involve?
We have more than 70,000 m² of facilities, 12,000 m² of covered production, 58,000 m² outdoors and 14 separate production halls, a set-up that allows pre-assembly, dimensional checks, quality tests and verification before despatch. We then coordinate transport, usually without intermediaries, protecting the equipment all the way to its destination and carrying out assembly on site where appropriate.

Benefits
Bringing manufacturing, transport and assembly together reduces dependencies, improves project coordination and keeps more direct control from the workshop to the final position of the equipment in the plant.
- Our own manufacturing and direct control. We build the equipment in our own facilities, with our own resources, people and processes, to control quality, lead times, finishes and manufacturing decisions from the start.
- Capacity for large equipment. Our production set-up lets us take on large or complex equipment, with pre-assembly, phased manufacturing and non-standard construction solutions.
- Fewer issues before despatch. We carry out reviews, inspections, tests and adjustments in the factory to reduce risks during transport, make assembly easier and anticipate installation constraints.
- Coordinated transport and assembly. We coordinate the logistics and, where it applies, send welders and fitters to the plant to ensure precise, protected assembly with technical continuity.
