Custom stainless steel industrial vessels and tanks
Eurocalder designs and manufactures custom stainless steel industrial vessels and tanks (AISI 304/316), from small to large capacities, in the workshop or on-site. Each unit is sized according to the product, the process and the applicable regulations, with qualified welding procedures and CE marking where applicable.

What defines our vessels and tanks?
At Eurocalder we design and manufacture industrial vessels and stainless steel vessels custom-built for each installation, process and product. Before manufacturing, we study the real conditions on site: the product the equipment must store, mix or protect, and the regulations of the sector where it is installed. This prior understanding determines the geometry, material, finish and fittings of each vessel or tank that leaves our facilities.
We manufacture from small capacities to large dimensions, in the workshop or on-site depending on the size of the equipment and access to the plant. We have projects in more than ten countries, which allows us to adapt to different installation, transport and international regulatory conditions.
Stainless steel manufacturing: material, bottom and fittings
In the manufacture of each stainless steel vessel, we adjust the material, bottom geometry, fittings and quality controls to the product, the process and the regulations of each installation.

Recommended uses: storage and process according to the product
Our steel vessels and tanks, designed for storage or process, are installed in:
- Fermentation plants and must, wine and beer treatment, within food and beverage, in production processes that require product control.
- Factories and production plants for paper and pulp.
- Facilities for chemicals and process, including the storage of substances that require specific materials and fittings.
- Pharmaceutical and cosmetic-hygienic environments.
- Plants for water treatment and regeneration.
- Bioenergy, biogas and recovery plants, within the energy and renewables sector.

Why choose Eurocalder
We have been manufacturing industrial vessels and tanks for more than five decades. We work with our own resources: more than 70,000 m² of facilities, 12,000 m² of which are production halls equipped with stainless steel cutting lines, automatic and robotic welding, and turning rolls for large-format parts. This experience allows us to anticipate design, manufacturing, transport and assembly issues before reaching the plant.
Each project is supported from its definition through to commissioning, with a technical team that coordinates engineering, manufacturing, transport and assembly as a single process.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Each vessel or tank is designed according to the capacity, geometry, material and fittings the project requires, without starting from a closed catalogue.
We need the product to be stored or processed, the capacity, the pressure and temperature conditions, the space available on site and the specific regulations of the destination sector.
It depends on the product and the process: AISI 304 or 304L covers most standard applications; AISI 316 or 316L is recommended where there is a greater need for corrosion resistance or resistance to aggressive chemicals.
Yes, we coordinate manufacturing, transport, on-site assembly and subsequent maintenance of the vessel or tank.
It requires limited maintenance: periodic cleaning and inspection of welds, seals and sensors, depending on the demands of the process.
