Pressure vessels and tanks
We build custom pressure vessels and industrial tanks for processes where pressure governs safety, product stability and plant continuity. Design, welding and documentary control come together to deliver equipment ready for real service.
PRESSURE VESSELS
Every pressure vessel has a different story behind it: storing, heating, cooling, reacting, separating or balancing flows. That is why we build from what the process actually does, defining materials, thicknesses, geometries, connections and documentation with a technical eye and our own craft.
What you need to know
A pressure vessel is a critical item at the plant: it has to hold liquids, gases or vapours when pressure, temperature and product leave no room for improvisation. At Eurocalder we conceive it from manufacturing experience and an engineering approach that sets material, thickness, heads, openings, welds, tests and documentation before anything reaches the workshop. Depending on the application, we calculate equipment to EN 13445, ASME VIII, AD 2000-Merkblätter or CODAP, using AutoPIPE Vessel, taking into account duty, cleaning, site, service life, maintenance, inspection and traceability of the equipment from its technical origin
We build custom pressure vessels and receivers, in the workshop or on site when size demands it. Where applicable we incorporate ATEX requirements, external actions from wind and seismic loads, TEMA criteria on associated heat exchangers, and safety fittings such as valves, bursting discs, vents, pressure gauges, transmitters, drains and supports. Everything is thought through for operation, inspection and maintenance.

Engineering that leaves nothing to improvisation
We set pressure, temperature, product, material, volume, heads and openings before manufacturing, so the equipment answers its actual duty from the outset.
Calculation backed by standards
Depending on the project, we calculate to EN 13445, ASME VIII, AD 2000-Merkblätter or CODAP, using AutoPIPE Vessel and verifiable technical criteria.
More control in ATEX zones
Where applicable, the possible explosive atmosphere is analysed and relief, venting and inerting are defined according to product, gas and process conditions.
Critical fittings integrated
We integrate safety valves, bursting discs, vents, interlocks, pressure gauges, transmitters, drains and supports to suit the function of the equipment.
Design adapted to the site
We take account of loads, wind, seismic action, assembly, inspection and maintenance, applying structural or TEMA criteria on associated equipment where applicable.
