Industrial towers
With decades of experience in the paper industry, the main market for our towers, we design and build custom equipment matched to each process, using certified materials that ensure reliability, strength and a long service life even in demanding industrial conditions.
Towers matched to each application and design

What defines our towers
Our towers allow separation and heat exchange between fluids, whether liquids or gases. Their vertical, modular design fits neatly into chemical, petrochemical, paper or gas treatment plants. Every tower is designed to API 650, EN 14015, ASME VIII Div. 1/2, AD 2000-Merkblätter, EN 13445 and CODAP. We build mainly in stainless steel and, on request, in duplex or super duplex steels, nickel alloys or titanium. Our team combines advanced engineering, precision welding and quality control to deliver towers that are strong, efficient and long-lasting.
With decades of experience and a strong presence in the paper industry, we guarantee optimised designs that make the most of the available space, cut energy costs and hold a steady performance in continuous operation.

Why Eurocalder

Would you like to know more about our industrial towers?
Building a tower is a highly specialised, complex process where the manufacturer’s experience is decisive. Will you trust us with the outcome of your installation?

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We build custom industrial towers because every installation calls for different thermal performance, flow rate, available space and ambient conditions. This approach lets us design equipment matched to the real thermal load of the process, improve operating efficiency and ensure precise integration with the existing cooling or condensation system.
We need to know the type of fluid, the flow rate, the inlet and outlet temperatures, the ambient conditions, where the tower will stand, the type of process, the materials required and the space available. We also consider whether the circuit will be open or closed and the noise and maintenance levels permitted. With this information we define the right configuration, materials, fan power and exchange surface.
In building industrial towers we mainly use stainless steel and carbon steel, chosen according to the application and the ambient conditions; stainless steel is used where high corrosion resistance or continuous exposure to water is required, while carbon steel suits large structures or duties with treated water; on projects with demanding chemical or saline conditions we also use duplex or super duplex materials for their excellent mechanical strength and resistance to localised corrosion.
Yes. As well as building the tower, we can provide transport, unloading, on-site assembly and maintenance. Where the size or the access calls for it, we also carry out on-site assembly with specialist staff. This end-to-end service reduces logistical risk and ensures an installation in line with the thermal and structural design intended.
Maintenance depends on the type of tower (open, closed or hybrid) and on the operating conditions. As a general rule, it is advisable to clean the packing and trays, check the fans, pumps and water level, and monitor the quality of the circuit to prevent scaling or corrosion. Regular inspections keep thermal efficiency up and extend the service life of the equipment.
