In-house engineering
Our engineering department is a key strength. It gives us technical independence and control over the design and development of every item of equipment. A team specialising in design, materials, welding and 3D simulation develops solutions that are efficient, custom and aligned with the process they serve.
In-house engineering
Our in-house engineering connects the commercial area, design and production with welders and fitters to develop 3D models, define geometries and workshop drawings, turn requirements into equipment that can be built, and set methods, materials, assemblies and support on site.

What does it involve?
The team brings together mechanical engineers, industrial designers, 3D draughtsmen, structural and pressure calculation engineers, estimating technicians, IWE and EWF welding qualification. We also have VT/PT UNE-EN ISO 9712 personnel and, where the project calls for it, we deliver a final dossier with the manufacturing certificate, calculations, as-built drawings, WPS/PQR, qualifications, materials, test reports and CE marking where applicable.

Benefits
Having our own technical department lets us support every order with quick decisions, internal traceability and closer coordination between what is designed, what is built and what is delivered.
- Internal technical control. Having our own technical department lets us respond quickly, adjust designs, settle questions and keep control of the equipment from the first definition through to delivery.
- Designs that can be built. Our drawings are developed with the workshop in mind: materials, thicknesses, welds, assemblies, transport, on-site assembly and how the equipment will really run in the plant.
- Connected engineering. Direct contact between engineers, welders and fitters lets us anticipate problems, improve construction details and adapt each item of equipment to its real operating environment.
- Traceability and functional value. We provide technical documentation, calculations, drawings, certificates, test reports and a final dossier where it applies, reinforcing the consistency, durability and maintenance of the equipment.
