Fittings
We supply and couple fittings assembled onto the equipment to ensure connection, access, safety, control and operation. They are the parts that complete the tank and make it genuinely work in the plant, with the adjustment each installation calls for.
Fittings that make the equipment work

What defines our fittings
Choosing the right fittings, along with assembling them correctly and even manufacturing them where appropriate, is one of the key points where our experience shows. Manways, level gauges, vents, valves, sensors, platforms, CIP systems and agitators complete the connection, access, safety, cleaning, control and operation functions of our tanks. The difference lies in choosing them well, placing them well and coupling them with a manufacturer’s judgement.
On most projects we supply, assemble and, when the project requires it, manufacture them, making sure that each fitting is not only installed but properly integrated into how the equipment works.

Where they are used
- Agitators in juice plants to keep the mix homogeneous.
- CIP systems in food vessels to make cleaning easier.
- Vents in chemical tanks to relieve gases and protect the equipment.
- Level gauges in silos and tanks to monitor volume and availability.
- Manways in reactors for inspection, access and maintenance.
- Platforms on large tanks for safe, accessible operation.

Why choose us

Frequently Asked Questions
Our tanks can carry manways, level gauges, agitators, insulation, vents, safety valves, level, temperature or pressure sensors, CIP systems, platforms, ladders, supports, adjustable legs and control panels. The choice depends on the product, on the process and on how the equipment is going to be operated, cleaned, inspected or protected in the plant.
On most projects we supply the fittings and couple them to the equipment itself during manufacturing. That allows position, accessibility, compatibility with the tank and correct integration to be checked before delivery. It cuts down later adjustments at the plant, and the client receives a more complete, consistent unit that is ready to install.
The choice starts from the function it has to perform: connection, access, cleaning, safety, control, support, operation or maintenance. Our team weighs up the product, the working conditions, the space available and the way the tank is operated. With that information we advise on the most suitable fitting, avoiding generic solutions that add no real value to the process.
Yes. We build and couple handling and assembly fittings such as platforms, ladders, supports and adjustable legs. These items make access, inspection, operation and maintenance of the equipment easier. Although they are not part of the tank’s main body, they are decisive in making everyday use safe, comfortable and suited to how the installation actually works.
Yes. We can integrate CIP pumps, CIP heat exchangers, spray heads, level, temperature and pressure sensors and control panels, depending on the scope of the project. These fittings help to clean, monitor and control the equipment better. When they are planned from the design stage and coupled in the workshop, the unit gains functionality, order and reliability from commissioning onwards.
