Industrial reactors
Every one of our reactors brings together the craft of our skilled workforce and the rigour of our engineering, working side by side to shape custom equipment that starts from the client’s need and is built to meet their expectations.

What defines our reactors
Since the 1990s we have been building reactors that do not come out of a catalogue, but out of constant communication with the client, out of listening, asking and analysing their process. Many come through engineering firms looking for more than a piece of equipment: clean, precise and reliable execution. That trust is where our work is recognised, and we put everything into it, delivering quality reactors with impeccable finishes that perform exactly as they should.
On that basis our clients have equipment adapted to process their product with hygiene, safety and a build matched to the real demands of each industry and each installation.

Where they are used
- Fermentation and treatment plants for musts, wines and beverages.
- Food industries for mixing, formulation and heat treatment.
- Chemical and process plants for reaction, dilution and homogenisation.
- Cosmetics manufacturing for creams, gels, emulsions and viscous bases.
- Pharmaceutical industry for preparations, mixtures and controlled processes.
- Water, energy and renewables facilities with thermal or chemical processes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We build custom reactors because every project brings different conditions of product, process, dimensions, available space, temperature, pressure, connections or finishes. Working this way lets us match the equipment more closely to its real application, avoid inefficient generic solutions and achieve a more precise integration in the plant. The aim is for every piece of equipment to answer exactly what the client needs in their installation and in their day-to-day process, always.
We need to know the product to be contained, the volume, density, temperature, pressure, type of operation, cleaning, location, connections, fittings and space available in the plant. We also consider whether it will work indoors, outdoors, in a special atmosphere or with insulation. With this information we set wall thicknesses, geometry, materials and finishes to build equipment that is safe, functional and matched to the client’s real use.
The most suitable material depends on the product, the working environment and the demands of cleaning, corrosion, temperature or pressure. Many projects use AISI 304L or AISI 316L stainless steel, but the choice has to be made according to the specific application. Analysing the material carefully extends the service life of the vessel, protects the product and ensures manufacturing that fits the client’s industrial process.
Yes. As well as building the equipment, we can support the client through key stages such as transport, unloading, positioning, assembly in the plant and subsequent maintenance. When the dimensions exceed what can be transported, we can also manufacture or assemble on site with the necessary resources. This approach improves project coordination, reduces incidents and helps the equipment reach its installation with greater operational control.
Maintenance depends on the product, how often it is used, cleaning and the working environment. As a baseline, it is worth checking welds, gaskets, manways, valves, supports, agitators, interior finishes and any areas where product can be retained. Proper cleaning and regular inspections help to keep the equipment hygienic, avoid corrosion, spot wear and extend the service life of the vessel within the plant.
