Success stories
A 130-tank farm for a winery in Latin America
Operational response for the delivery of your equipment
The value of the project was not only in building the vessels, but in making sure they reached their destination exactly as they had left the workshop. Every finish, every joint and every sanitary interior had to stay intact through a long, demanding logistics chain with a great deal of handling.

Client requirements
The client needed to equip a new winery in Latin America with a full set of tanks for storage, production and fermentation, keeping sanitary quality and reliability from source to destination. The project meant coordinating design, manufacturing, road and sea transport and the assembly of 130 tanks and ancillary items. As well as building vessels of various capacities in AISI 304L and 316L stainless steel, it was essential to protect their geometry, finishes and sanitary interior throughout a complex transatlantic logistics operation.

Our solution
We designed a complete solution combining stainless steel manufacturing, logistics planning and sealed packaging to protect every item of equipment through to final assembly.
- Manufacture of 130 tanks and ancillary items in AISI 304L and 316L for storage, production and fermentation.
- Dimensions and capacities adapted to the production needs of the new winery.
- Development of sealed packaging and protection to prevent moisture, deformation and damage to finishes.
- Coordination of road and sea transport and final assembly, keeping the equipment intact.
