Custom oil storage
We built 6 atmospheric vessels of 54.5 m³ for olive oil storage, helping the client expand capacity without losing control over preservation, cleaning and operation. A series build where every unit had to answer with the same precision, finish and reliability.
Client requirements
The client needed to expand oil storage capacity with a solution that was consistent, safe and easy to fit into day-to-day operation, without relying on standard vessels that would not fully meet their requirements. The need went beyond volume. It called for 6 atmospheric vessels of 54.5 m³, built in 304L-BA stainless steel, 3,450 mm in diameter, up to 7,015 mm high, with top and bottom conical geometry at 13.8%. Each unit had to keep the oil stable, be easy to clean and hold the same build quality across the whole series.
Our solution
We worked alongside the client as a technical partner, defining and building a series of custom vessels to strengthen their storage capacity with quality, repeatability and operational confidence.
- Series production of 6 atmospheric vessels of 54.5 m³ to expand storage capacity without losing control.
- Construction in 304L-BA stainless steel, with attention to compatibility, oil preservation, cleaning and durability.
- Geometry with a 13.8% conical top and bottom, designed to improve functionality, operation and product behaviour.
- Internal and external welds pickled and clean, with a BA finish to ensure uniform quality across the whole series.
