Coordinated series manufacturing
Manufacture, transport and assembly of a bank of storage silos in 304L stainless steel, all built to the same construction solution. A project where the key was to keep manufacturing coordinated, hold the 2B finish and apply consistent quality control across every unit.
Client requirements
The client needed a set of storage silos built to one technical standard, with consistent materials, finishes and execution so they could be brought into an industrial setting with confidence. The challenge was not simply building several silos, but holding the same quality in every unit: geometry, 304L stainless steel, 2B finish, welds, inspections and preparation for transport and assembly. The series called for workshop organisation, traceability and repeatable execution without losing precision in the details.
