Pressure reactors for biogas
High-volume equipment for water and biogas
We built 2 pressure reactors of 2,309 m³ and Ø 14,000 mm for wastewater and biogas treatment, together with 2 standpipe tanks and access and safety structures. A large-scale project where volume, pressure, leak-tightness and interior finishes had to be resolved with the utmost reliability.

Client requirements
The client needed to bring in large-volume reactors for biological treatment and biogas generation, with associated standpipe tanks and safe access to make operation, monitoring and maintenance at height easier inside a demanding plant. The installation called for 2 pressure reactors of 2,309 m³ and Ø 14,000 mm, along with 2 standpipe tanks of 35 m³ and Ø 1,800 mm. Service with wastewater, aggressive fluids and biogas atmospheres meant paying the closest attention to leak-tightness, mechanical strength, pickled internal finishes and the operational safety of the whole unit.

Our solution
We acted as the technical partner on the project, building high-volume equipment ready to work reliably in a demanding wastewater and biogas environment.
- Manufacture of 2 pressure reactors of 2,309 m³ and Ø 14,000 mm for biological treatment and biogas.
- Integration of 2 standpipe tanks of 35 m³ and Ø 1,800 mm to support the main process.
- Work focused on structural leak-tightness, mechanical strength and service with aggressive fluids.
- Addition of ancillary access and safety structures to make operation and maintenance at height easier.
