Vessels with a mirror-polished interior

Mirror-polished finish and insulated jacket

Manufacture, transport and assembly of a set of stainless steel vessels for a food process, with a mirror-polished interior, insulated jackets and a satin exterior. A solution where hygiene, cleaning and consistency of build had to be resolved across different capacities.

Client requirements

The client needed several vessels for a food process, built consistently and able to combine a high-quality interior surface, thermal insulation and a reliable fit within the plant. The main requirement was to build vessels of different capacities to the same standard of finish, without the change in size affecting the final quality. The mirror polish had to help cleaning and reduce roughness, while the insulated jackets brought thermal stability and operational coherence to the set.

Our solution

We answered with careful, coordinated manufacturing, keeping a common construction solution for vessels with a mirror finish, insulated jacket and satin exterior.

  • Manufacture of stainless steel vessels for a food process, in different capacities.
  • Mirror-polished interior finish to minimise roughness and make cleaning easier.
  • Integration of insulated jackets to reinforce thermal stability and the functionality of the whole.
  • Satin exterior finish and uniform manufacturing control across every unit.
